Training

Training measured by what the team does differently on Monday.

Closed programmes for management teams and middle managers. Built on your company's real operation, not on textbook cases.

These are not catalogue courses. We start from how your team works today, identify what it is missing to take the next step, and build the programme on that.

Why catalogue training does not work

A standard course teaches a general method to people with a specific problem. Everyone leaves motivated, and two weeks later everything is back as it was, because nobody translated the method into the operation in front of them.

Here it is done the other way round. First we look at how the team works, with their tools and their real bottlenecks. The content is built afterwards, and the exercises use their own data and their own processes.

What I train on

Structure and org chart: how to decide who decides, and why most operational blockages are really problems of assigned responsibility.

Scaling the operation: what has to be industrialised before growing and what breaks if you grow without doing it.

Applied artificial intelligence: what is genuinely worth automating, how to evaluate it and how to keep the saving from being merely apparent. With an engineer's judgement, not a tool vendor's.

International expansion for teams operating abroad for the first time.

What it does not include

It does not include tax, legal or financial advice. Where a programme touches on those matters, it is limited to explaining the general framework and saying when a regulated firm has to be called in.

It does not include official certifications. What is delivered is a report of the work done and the applicable conclusions, not a diploma.

How it is built

How a programme is built

Four phases. The content is not written until the third.

  1. 01 Diagnosis
  2. 02 Objective
  3. 03 Design
  4. 04 Delivery

Who it is for

  • Boards that need a common language before a growth phase.
  • Middle managers promoted for their craft rather than their management training.
  • Teams about to bring in automation or AI who do not know where to start.
  • Family businesses in generational handover.

Who it is not for

  • Anyone looking for an open course with individual enrolment: every programme is closed.
  • Anyone who needs an official or accredited certification.
  • Anyone who wants training on financial markets, trading or crypto-assets.
  • Anyone who wants a two-hour motivational session.
Format and fees

Format and fees

Programmes ranging from a single day to several sessions spread over weeks, in person or remote, in Spanish or English. Quoted per complete programme after the initial diagnosis, which is not billed. Small groups: above a certain number it stops being training and becomes a talk.
