I have watched enough projects die with an immaculate business plan on the table. The problem is almost never the idea: it is the distance between what the company says it does and what its structure actually allows it to do.
My work is closing that distance. The operation is examined as it is, not as it should be. Where margin leaks, where effort is duplicated, and where the corporate structure gets in the way instead of protecting. Then it is rebuilt.
I do not sell motivation. I sell judgement built on my own operations, which are still running and which anyone can check in a commercial register.
A well-diversified portfolio is not a collection of bets. It is a structure in which each piece covers the risk of the next.
